From earning his real estate license as a teenager to becoming federally licensed in securities by the age of 22, Jakob has long demonstrated a deep grasp of both real estate and investment strategy. In his early 20s, the Arizona native further sharpened his expertise by studying contract law at Arizona State University—equipping him with an even deeper insight to structure smarter, more nuanced deals.

With an entrepreneurial journey built on tenacity and vision, by the age of 25, Jakob founded Quinn & Company, crediting his success to his ingenuity, relationship-first mindset, and what his clients refer to as outstanding negotiation skills. He believes that truly understanding clients’ goals always starts with building genuine connections, allowing him to deliver tailored solutions and negotiate with precision, consistently exceeding expectations.

Jakob often partners with business owners, investors, and developers alike. Working closely with business owners to optimize that their properties are not merely places of business, but strategic assets aligned with long-term business goals.
